Custom and made to order products are final sale. If there is an issue with your order, let us know and we’ll do our best to work with you to make it right.
Non-custom merchandise may be returned in original packaging within 14 days of shipping confirmation.
Gift card purchases are non-refundable.
When will I get my order?
Items are created on an order-by-order basis, processed by our manufacturer, and then shipped. Please allow 5 business days of processing time before shipment.
Shipping times will vary based on location from 2-5 days based on proximity to NYC.
Where are your products manufactured?
All art is created in New York City. All of our products are manufactured in and shipped from the United States.
How much does shipping cost?
Orders ship for $3.99. Orders of $75 or greater ship for free.
